Our clients Inns are a privately owned group of 3-4 star hotels based within the Cotswolds. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Reception Manager to cover their hotels in Burford area in Oxfordshire
This is the ideal position for an enthusiastic candidate with previous hotel reception management experience to join a fantastic team and take on the responsibility of two properties.
This role will require your outstanding management and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a consistently professional and friendly approach.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working within a hotel reception management position
- Full understanding of hotel reservations systems.
- You should also have good sales knowledge
- An approachable manner
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Should be a punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills.
- A self driven approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
