My client is a wonderful Hotel located in a market town in Gloucestershire.
They offer accommodation across numerous tastefully decorated rooms as well as a bar and conference room.
They are now looking for a Pastry Chef to assist in leading the kitchen team.
Afternoon tea is a big deal here and extremely popular as everything is made freshly in house, so the new Pastry Chef will have to be creative, have passion and flair and a keen eye for detail.
The Pastry Chef will run the Pastry section and report to the Sous or Head Chef.
