My Client is a fabulous 4* Hotel located in a very picturesque village in Gloucestershire.
The Hotel has 20+ rooms, bar with a courtyard and a 1 Rosette Brasserie.
It also caters for around 40 weddings per year as well as corporate events and has the benefit of a separate function kitchen.
They are now looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP who is ready for the next step on the ladder.
The Junior Sous Chef will oversee a team of CDPs as well as being involved in ordering and maintaining food safety in the kitchen.
The Hotel offers a variety of styles of food served. The bar and courtyard are more about comfort classics and traditional, presented and served in a friendly and efficient manner. The Brasserie caters more for hotel guests and so requires a more refined and polished approach in order to present to a Rosette standard.
