Job Description:

IBP Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work from the Woolston office. The administrator will join an extremely busy and exciting office, it is the main point of contact for the teams across the country out on-site delivering schemes of work digging holes and laying the new infrastructure. We work on planned and reactive works in this office, we liaise with the local councils and the client to ensure the works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.  

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform to set client KPIs/SLAs 
  • Undertake training for own development
  • Manage personal and group emails
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate reports on a daily basis on existing works and manage the reports with our field teams
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Jeopardy manage task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
  • Interact with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues
  • Validate information received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
  • Comply with all company policies
  • Ask questions to build personal knowledge
  • General office duties as required

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent administrative skills and computer literate
  • Uses own initiative to proactively resolve issues
  • Client and internal customer focused
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communicator
  • Administration Experience
