Job Description:
IBP are recruiting an administrator who is passionate about what they deliver, thrive off a challenging but rewarding environment, and want to drive the best possible time to delivery with the best customer experience for our customers and their customers. Reporting to the Delivery manager the ideal candidates will have experience of Administration skills, Knowledge of invoicing and local authority highways permitting. Working well as part of a team and able to learn coordination skills for cover when holiday absence is within our project team.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform to set client KPIs/SLAs
- Undertake training for own development
- Manage personal and group emails
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
- Generate reports on a daily basis on existing works and manage the reports with our field teams
- Jeopardy manage task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
- Interact with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues
- Validate information received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
- Comply with all company policies
- Ask questions to build personal knowledge
- General office duties as required
