This month has seen IBP have one of its busiest months to date. Following their debut at the Wiltshire Business Awards where IBP received their first Business Award, IBP have seen a surge in activity across their current sectors as well as interest from new sectors and Clients all across the South of England, from London to Portsmouth. With the signing of several large high end Hotel and Restaurant Groups, National Charities making contact and the temp desks phones, busier than ever, IBP really feel that they have come some way from that start-up of 18 months ago and have come of age in the recruitment industry.
With IBP’s reputation growing week after week, with Clients really connecting with the mantra of “Inspired by People,” IBP have established themselves as a recruitment agency which really values customer service and cares about the Candidates and Clients it works with.
Head of Recruitment Tania Whitmarsh added, “It’s so good to see how busy we are, when I compare the activity to those early days when I first joined, it’s amazing to see those early dreams becoming reality, as the energy in the office just doesn’t stop, it’s why we’ve started looking for brilliant new talent to join our team, we want to share the joy and success we are having.”As IBP continue to grow, it is the strong belief in customer service, integrity and honesty that will continue to drive this growth, in an age where many people have lost faith with the recruitment industry, IBP are committed to regaining that trust, and show that “Inspired by People” truly is a philosophy they live and work by.
Craig Roberts, Managing Director, commented, “It’s so good to see all our hard work coming off as our name attracts more attention both locally and nationally. I’m incredibly proud of the work my team do and with it only being Q2 I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.”
With so much going on, IBP are constantly looking to continue the excitement, with lunch time BBQ’s to fuel the staff it’s going to be a good Summer at IBP.
